Because stem cell therapy for allergies is not yet an accepted medical practice — it is being actively researched and has potential, but there is not enough clinical evidence for all doctors to recommend it as standard practice. Much of what is written in blogs (for example, at https://ways2well.com/blog/stem-cell-treatment-for-allergies-a-new-approach-to-relief) are new perspectives and ideas that need more testing before they become widely available. This does not mean that the idea is bad, but until it becomes the norm, doctors are more likely to recommend proven methods and approved therapies.
